Wednesday (Thursday) Weigh-In mind has been going a mile a minute lately and the fact that yesterday was Wednesday didn't occur to me until about noon.  So I weighed this morning and we're going to pretend today is Wednesday.  
Last week I didn't go to the gym at all Monday-Friday.  I got back in the groove Saturday and I've been everyday since then.  I've gotten better this week.  I've been logging my calories too.  (I did have one incident with some oatmeal raisin cookies.  It was bad.)

I'm proud of my progress this week.  I've still got a ways to go. Slowly but surely. Thanks for following along.
