Photos, and TV, and Sunshine...Oh MY!

I was so excited today as the FedEx guy approached the door.  You see, I have been in love with this photo that I shot while in Cades Cove since, well I shot it I guess.  ( I do wish i'd shot it a bit differently but for my first try i'm pretty proud!)

So much so that I decided to splurge and spend the $24.95 to have the panoramic printed.  I ordered the 12"x36" size.  I almost wish I would have gotten it a little big bigger.  I'm planning on having it matted and framed (when I can afford it) that is going to be the most expensive part.  I'll show yall when I get it framed.  I was nervous at first that I would hate it.  I am so pleased with how it turned out.   I had to crop it just a bit but I think it looks pretty good for my first big landscape.  I ordered it from myphotopipe.com.    They have great prices.  I'm going to get some prints of my family printed there too.

I woke up this morning thinking it was Friday.  I was very disappoined when I realized it was only Thursday.

On a happy note...the sun decided to grace us with its presence today.  It seems like it has been forever since we've seen him...in reality Sunday I spent most of the afternoon soaking it up!    It's still a bit cool for my liking but the weekend is supposed to be fantastic.  My friend Lorie and I are planning to go to Atlanta to take advantage of "blogger day" for the Diana exhibit at the Atlanta Civic Center.  (Is anyone else going to be there?  It'd be fun to meet up.  It'll be later in the afternoon before we get there maybe we could catch some of you on your way out!)  I'm so looking forward to it. 

Thursday is by far the biggest tv night of the week for me.  I'm going to hang out at home this week but I've got Survivor Heros vs Villians up first, then Greys Anatomy, followed by Project Runway, while recording The Real Housewives of Orange County, and finally tonight is the premiere of the new season of The Real Housewives of NYC.  and I got My Sister's Keeper from Netflix today.  I'll probably save it for tomorrow night.

This has been a random week for me.  Random thought to random thought is pretty much how my brain has been functioning all week... Why should my blog be any different!
