2013 Ornaments

I've said it a million times, I love ornaments!  I love getting them out each year and remembering when and where we got each one.  They each hold such special meaning.  I was so happy to get out all the "First Christmas" ornaments we received last year and put them on the tree!  I'm such a sap and love everything sentimental so these are some of my favorite gifts each year.
Ally's ornament this year.

From my parents.  I'll add Barrett's picture when I have some printed.

This one to Patrick and me from my parents.  I love the "new parents" one to remind us of our first year as parents.

My mom made this one for Barrett's first Christmas.  She makes everyone one so I'm so excited to have Barrett's on our tree.

We started this Mickey Mouse series for Barrett last year.

We attempted a diy ornament.  It's supposed to be his hand print.  It's less than perfect but I love it.

This one was from my aunt and I love it.

This one was from my cousin.  It was made in Alabama and I just think it's the cutest!

We also a few for our Alabama/Auburn tree in the basement.
These hats were from my parents.  I love the houndstooth and the Saban hats!

I love this one all the way from Alaska!  Amy is so thoughtful and sent us this red moose for the Alabama tree.  I think of her every time I see it!

2012 Ornaments

Y'all know I love Christmas ornaments. I love these little reminders of the events of the year.  We received several ornaments this year.  I love to document them here each year.
I told Patrick for Christmas I wanted an ornament to remember the Christmas I was pregnant.  He bought these two to mark the occasion.

I bought these reindeer ornaments last year after Christmas to give all my aunts and girl cousins on my mom's side. I thought they were so pretty!

I told mom she didn't have to get the Barbie this year but then we saw that it was the last one in the series so we had to buy it.

I got this cute Santa in a red truck at the ornament swap with Patrick's aunts.

The rest of the new ornaments are all for Barrett.  We received a lot of  "First Christmas" ornaments and it made my heart happy.  This rocking horse was from the Horton's.
My mom wanted to buy this so badly all season.  I kept saying no that this wasn't his first Christmas.  Well after Christmas she sent my dad to track it down and he did.  Plus, since it was after Christmas it was half price so he got this cute one (below) that you put a picture in because I have one with my picture in it.
I guess you can tell we haven't put Barrett's picture in it yet.
I bought this Mickey Mouse one because it was the first in the series and I wanted to go ahead and start a series.  Plus I love Mickey and I thought it was really cute.

My aunt and uncle gave us these cute ones that say "Dad" and "Mom" 2012. To mark our first Christmas as parents.

Patrick's parents also gave him this beautiful Lenox "Baby's First Christmas" rattle.

So that's a run down of all our new ornaments for 2012.  I still have our tree up and all our decorations.  I feel like Christmas never happened.  I'll get it put up eventually.

New Ornaments

I know I've mentioned time and time again my love for ornaments.  I love the story they tell about my childhood and now my adulthood.  I get several new ones each year and I like to keep track of them.  Some of these you've seen some you haven't but I wanted to have them all in one place.
The poodle I got after Christmas because it reminded me of my sweet Ally Bama.

These cute gingerbread ones were from the annual Sister's ornament swap with Patrick's aunts and sisters.

Our Barbie and Ken from my parents.

I got this cute one from Babo.  I love it.

This beautiful cross is from Aunt Pam.

These four were from Patrick's parents.  I just love them.

The house divided ball for the downstairs tree.  I'm so glad I finally figured out who makes these.  Coton Colors. Now I really want all of them.

2010 Ornaments

I wanted to share all of the ornaments that we were given and some that we bought this year! You all know how much I love ornaments we got some really great ones this year! You can look at our ornaments from last year HERE.

These are the two my momma gave us.  Patrick got his ESPN Santa this year he's watching TV.  I got my Barbie.  I was going to get something else this year because our tree if over run with Barbies but when I saw this one with the little poodle I just had to have her!

These two are from our vacations this year.  We were fortunate enough to go our two nice vacations this year.  In February we went to the mountains for a long weekend and then in July Patrick had to go to Chicago for work and I got to tag along and I'm so glad I did because we had an amazing time.  So I got these two ornaments to remember those two awesome trips.

I saw this sweet poodle at Hobby Lobby and I had to get it for Miss Ally! It's so cute!

My cousin-in-law (is that even a term) got me this one.  Supposedly it's good luck to have a birds next in your tree.  When you got a real tree and it had a birds nest in it you were supposed to have a fruitful year.  (I think!)

I got these two precious presents at an ornament exchange with Patrick's aunts and cousins.

My mom gave us these two for our House Divided tree downstairs.  I love them!

Carla gave us these super cute stockings with Big Al and Aubie.

I got these hats at Hobby Lobby I thought they were so cute!

These were my favorite! I got them at Hobby Lobby too.  I thought they were so stinking cute!

Ornaments

I know I've shared that my mom always gets us a new Hallmark Keepsake ornament each year.  I know I've said how much I love this tradition.  It is so special to me to see them all on my tree now.  I wanted to share the new ones we got this year.  I was so excited!
My Barbie shoe.  I love it.

Patrick's ESPN Santa. He talks.  It's really cute!

Plus we got this really cute "H".

I also started an ornament tradition this year.  I started my mom a series and plan on getting her a new one every year since tree is looking bare without mine and my brothers ornaments.  I think she was very excited.  I know that I was thrilled to get to do it for her!
