I have started another blog to track my weight loss goals. I will start the actual diet plan on Sunday March 1, 2009. I have layedout the plan there and there I will be talking about my success and failures! I am really just doing it to hold myself accountable but I hope that maybe I can be encouraging to others! I know it's kind of lame but that is me! I will be recording my weight each week. I will weigh each Sunday night and let you know how it goes!
