It's that time again. Time for our weekly weigh-in. I felt like I did really good this week, but I could have done better. We had a party Saturday night where I knew the alcohol would get me, and it did. I told myself I was only going to have one drink. Well, I didn't over do it but I definitely had more than one drink. Plus I didn't get to go to the gym Saturday so I felt extra lazy. Sunday was another bad day. I had McDonalds. Those fries have never tasted so good. French fries are my weakness. I didn't go to the gym Sunday either. I was lazy after church. Patrick was starting second shift this week and I knew that it was my last day to be lazy. I got back on track Monday and I went to the gym. I've been so lucky to have so many supporting me and offering to watch Barrett while I go to the gym. I couldn't do it without them.
One major accomplishment this week...I've been able to wear my engagement ring! I've worn it a few times since I had Barrett but I've always had to take it off because it was too tight and would start to hurt. I've worn it all day every day since Saturday. It makes me so happy (and Patrick too).
I've learned that I am way more successful when I have a plan each day. I've been using my crockpot during the week. I've been using recipes that are mostly meat and veggies. They are light but filling. Some are better than others. I started a pinterest board of just crock pot recipes and that has helped. Another good thing is most of those make so much that I've had enough for leftovers and to freeze for another meal. I try to pack snacks for during the day that I can eat and not feel guilty about.
Now for the scale..
180.0lbs
Down 1.2lbs
45.6lbs to go
I'm not going to lie, I'm disappointed. I weighed Friday and was down almost 3lbs. After eating like crap and not exercising all weekend this is what I ended up with. I've got to be more strict and really pay attention to what I'm putting in my body. Every little bit counts.
How did y'all do?
I didn't get around to figuring out how to do a link up this week, so leave your progress/link to your blog post in the comments so we can encourage each other.
Good Luck!

Any weight lost is a good weigh-in in my book! It is important to have fun and live life so having a few drinks one day isn't something to beat yourself up over. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will be fine!
I am feeling better and my lungs feel strong enough to work out, so I started back on T25 Monday morning. I wont be weighing myself until the end of the week because I didn't want to feel discouraged!
We got this!
