This is getting harder and harder. I've hit a bit of a plateau. I'm still losing but not at the rate I was. Plus we were on vacation this weekend so I felt like I had an excuse to eat whatever I wanted. Which I did I just tried to moderate how much of everything I was eating. I took a lot of fruit to snack on and we walked a lot. So that helped. I'm fitting into some of my old clothes a lot better which is a fantastic feeling. I love being able to slip into jeans that I haven't worn in over a year. It's a confidence booster for sure. I was hoping to get out more and walk/run this week but the weather turned cold and ugly again so it'll be tough for me to get out.
Now for the scale...
Down 2.8lbs from
last week. (I was only down 1.8lbs at WW) I have reached my 5% goal. I was very excited! My goals this week are to track better. I haven't been doing a great job writing down everything I eat but now i've got to do better.

Working out is not the problem I'm having, I've got to get self control with food! ugh!
